The Infinity Marketing Machine is about caring. You want to communicate with your customers because you care. You want them to get the information you provide because it’s useful to them.

The reason it works is because it keeps you on schedule AND you’re providing useful content. To truly gain an Infinity Customer you must be willing to enter into a relationship with your customer. Just like a real world relationship you must care. It’s no different from having a friend and not talking to them… eventually they’re insulted and go away!
BINGO… Followers leave if you don’t keep them engaged.
The great part of the Infinity Marketing Machine is the constant release of information, on an automated consistent basis, that let’s them know you’re here! Since sometimes it feels like a “one sided conversation” because you don’t get face-to-face time, you need to anticipate the needs of your customers and provide the information they need! Just remember… they are listening.
And that’s where it circles back to the calendar. The calendar keeps you on track. The calendar identifies dates important to your customer. The customer appreciates your willingness to anticipate their needs. This builds loyalty. And then the cycle starts over!
