Episode #328 – No Excuses, Achieve Your Goal.

“Success happens when your dreams get bigger than your excuses”

What’s your fall back excuse?  Is it the reason you’re late, out of shape, or broke?  There’s got to be one.  We all have them.

I hate excuses… I mean, I’m guilty of using them… but I still hate them.

The way I look at it is that… making an excuse just isn’t productive.  The time it takes to tell yourself an excuse you could accept and move forward. You might not solve the problem right then and there, but you don’t hold yourself back and stay in the problem.

The moment you choose to NOT make an excuse you actually start to move forward.  Success is a funny thing.  It happens.  You have a great deal of control over how it happens.  The best way to achieve this success is by goal setting.

I have an entire part of my website devoted to goal setting you can find it here.

Now… as I’ve always said, I don’t like the mindset of goal setting, I prefer the mindset of goal achievement.  Much like an excuse prevents success.  Goal setting can prevent goal achievement because the success rests in the act of setting not in the act of achieving.

Therefore, get a goal, set out to achieve it… and drop the excuses.

Have an awesome Wednesday!
