Happy Wednesday… it’s time for a mid-week pick me up! You’ve got a bunch of stuff to do so I’m thrilled you’re here.
Let’s take a look at that inspiration. There is a second line which is something like, that sea is like the negative stuff that surrounds you – it’s not a problem unless you let it in.
Let that sink in (no pun intended).
A ship will only sink IF the water gets inside… much like you will only be affected by negativity is YOU let it in. What ever the problem, if you let it stay outside of you, it can’t bug you!
So… as you are trying to figure out how to make more money and “that” customer comes in to “chat” which means complain, don’t let it in! Learn to listen and solve the problem, but don’t keep it inside. Three days later if you’re still stewing about the conversation, you let it in, and you’ll sink!
It’s much healthier to let the “good stuff” in! It takes some work… we all have things around us, who knows… people, food, TV, social media… things that aren’t providing positive messages. Learn to “change the channel” or attract positive messages! You need them to fill your insides.
