Here’s a quick tip to try… Surprise your customers!
The other day I opened my mail and got this neat packet.
It includes a nice booklet about happenings at Disney World, including my benefits as a member. But even neater is the cling.
The book is for me to go to their business and spend money… but the cling is also for me to show off that I’m a member and recruit other members.
So this bundle pack makes me feel special, encourages me to spend money, and encourages me to recruit new members. win. win. win.
I didn’t request the pack, I didn’t expect it, it just arrived. It made me think good thoughts!
This is something that is easy to do with your customers. Send them a note to just let them know you appreciate them! Include a gift, even if it’s a BIG coupon code… something very special. It doesn’t have to cost a lot to be effective.
