How do you intentionally create your customer experience?  Some quick answers include how you greet your customer in person or on the phone.

Transforming “one and done” into “Infinity” is a deliberate and intentional process.  The steps to creating a tribe are well thought out… and automated.

How?

Well, you begin with a welcome series.

As soon as someone has volunteered their email and opted in to your list… you begin with your greeting, introduction, and “stuff” to make them bond with you…

Then you INTENTIONALLY create an email that they receive once a week to stay in touch.  This is they “hey I’m checking in on you” email

In addition to these you’ll have other emails that offer information they desire. By emails I mean communication, it could be photos, videos, or even download PDF’s.  What ever it takes to make your tribe feel special.

These very basic customer experiences are intentional.  You control the message, you control the medium (photos or text or both), you also control the WHEN.  Now you can’t control the actual time someone opens something… but unlike mail you can say at 12:05 pm, “send” — this allows you to send a “good morning” or “night night” message… think about that, you can’t robo call.

The most cost effective way to stay in touch at a very specific time with a deliberate message and create a total customer experience is all within your grasp.  This is totally “doable” – so start doing!
