TribeologyBlog.com – Episode 798 – Cheers to Helping People Drink!

Saturday: Try This!

How can you make shopping easier for your tribe?  For me… provide Diet Pepsi — but if you can’t do that, make it easy to still consume Diet Pepsi while I shop your product/services!

How cool is this idea?

Target has a full basket of beverage holders for your use on your cart.  Now… part of this has got to be to prevent spills in the aisles… haha — but what a great idea!

Buy a beverage from Target – and they even have a way for you to easily consume it.  It’s a great idea.

How can you do this?

One way we make things a little easier for our customers is to have “cheaters” at the front counter.  If someone is writing a check or signing a contract we want them to see!  I picked up several pairs at the dollar store.  So for one dollar, we provide a great service to our customer to help them better enjoy their shopping experience.

Take a look at where your customers have discomfort.  When do they make a big sigh…. did they forget something… send a reminder… have the “thing” they forgot… there are lots of ways you can make your experience better.

If you’ve got an idea to share… put it in the comments!
