This is an important question to ask and understand. 

Are you ready?

Ok, that wasn’t the question.

Are you looking for customers to buy your product or are you looking for things to sell your customers?

This is the single most genius transformative question I’ve ever heard.

I heard it at Social Media Marketing World back in 2016.  I heard it.  I processed it. And time stood still.

Are you looking for customers to buy your product or are you looking for things to sell your customers?

And that one question brought me to the concept of the Infinity Customer.  Transform your marketing from “one and done” to Infinity. 

This means… instead of having a product and finding a customer that you sell to once and then looking for the next customer that you sell to again…

It’s much more productive to build the tribe and constantly offer new products they will enjoy.  It’s productive, not easy… but it’s productive.

You still can acquire customers from Facebook or the local newspaper, but instead of having a single objective to sell one product… you actually capture their information and use it to build a relationship and sell over and over and over to them!

After that conference in 2016 I started using this technique and it’s been a successful transformation to a new style of marketing.

It’s not easy, but it is rewarding.

If you are interested in consolidating your marketing efforts, learn to build a tribe and offer products they are interested in…
