TribeologyBlog.com – Episode 992 – How Many “Mads” Do You Have?

Wednesday’s Blog Topic: Midweek Motivation –

Quote: “Don’t waste your time in anger, regrets, worries, and grudges. Life is too short to be unhappy.” Bennett

I had a customer come into visit a couple years ago… he said something I’ll never forget.

This man is always happy.  Always.

I said to him, “you are always happy… how is that possible? How can you be happy all the time?”

He laughed and said something fun, “my mom told me as a child, ‘you only have so many mads'”

Genius

He went on to tell me that his mom said he had to pick his “mads” wisely.

Woah.

What a simple way to control your temper.

Is this situation you’re currently in worth being mad about? I mean, is this something you want to use up one of your limited life time “mads”?

Take a deep breath and decide.
